Moderation

Recently I have been seeing doctors on TV going back and forth between what is good for us and what is not. They at first said eggs are bad, now they are not. Then they said wine is bad, but now it is good. Well this morning I saw a report that stated chocolate is good<<>> WOW!!!! I believe that the thing about life is that we need to do things in moderation. I told a friend yesterday, I eat pork, but I do not eat it everyday or over eat it when I do. I cut a lot of things out of my life and that includes over indulgence. I try to still eat what I like, maintain hobbies that I enjoy, and visit with the people I get along with, but at the end of the day I do not do it too much. A person can actually become annoying if they are constantly in your face, so I give them and me enough time to want that want the encounter again. I really do not know what is making me write about this because I really do not have a lot to say on this subject. I just have been seeing a lot of people complain about certain dealings (coming and going) and it seems that if they made and lived by a certain limit than things would be better. Let me tell you what I mean about limit. Now what I am talking about is if you have a certain project that you want completed, give yourself a schedule. Then create a list of people you want/need to assist you, now if these people do not keep up their end of the deal....walk away and find someone else. This is a good tool to moderate how much outside influences you allow to make you mad or frustrated. I work with people all the time and I give them an amount of time I will wait. Once that time has past, I will ask once more, and then I find someone else. Once you learn to moderate all aspects of your life, you will see how much better your life will become. Take your matters into your own hands and stop blaiming others for the short comings you allow in. Well in moderation I will end things here today. Ms.Breezy
